possibly be appropriate, and showing you everything that we find that is appropriate. We will
"knock ourselves out" for you!..
- A broker's biggest luxury is time. As our exclusive client, we can devote much more time with
you to make you a happier client and arrive at a happier, quicker outcome in your home search than
you would be as a non-exclusive customer..
• Fight for YOU and your interests with all of our skill and experience (see broker
responsibilities in Exclusive Buyer Agent FAQs).
• Establish a relationship built on trust - As your buyer broker, we work through building
trust in our clients. You can trust what we tell you, trust our advice, trust our experience. We
won't let you down.You can trust that, when you ask us what we think an apartment is worth, for
instance, that we are going to tell you the truth. Brokers working for the owner (listing brokers)
cannot and will not tell you what they think the apartment is worth, by law. Being able to trust the
advice you get makes a purchaser's decisions so much easier and stress-free.
In return, you agree that:
• You will be our exclusive client for a specific time period spelled out in the agreement.
• We will get our commission from the seller or listing broker, unless you agree otherwise.
